Sephardic Jewish Cuisine Cooking Class – June 2

Join us for a delightful culinary journey at our upcoming Jewish cooking class! Get ready to roll up your sleeves and indulge in the art of cooking in our cozy and fun gathering.

In this intimate setting, limited to just 12 participants, you’ll have the opportunity to master the secrets of two mouthwatering dishes: Tagine and Tunisian cigars. Led by our home cooking fan Brigitte Sitbon, you’ll learn step-by-step how to create these delicious delicacies, infused with the rich flavors and traditions of Sephardic Jewish cuisine.

After the cooking session, we’ll gather together to enjoy the fruits of our labor! Please bring along your favorite Tupperware/plastic containers to take home any leftovers. Additionally, for those interested in preserving the essence of our culinary creations, a sealable jar will be necessary for the preparation of candied lemons.

To cover the cost of ingredients, a fee of JPY2000 will be required per participant.

Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a kitchen newbie, this class is perfect for anyone eager to explore new tastes and connect with fellow community members over the shared love of food.

Don’t miss out on this culinary adventure! Reserve your spot today and let’s savor the flavors of Jewish culture together.
