Michal Cohen Bromberg, known to many through her connection with the Israeli Embassy, will be hosting a book signing in Arisugawa Park this Sunday, August 28th at 5:00pm at the equestrian statue near the Children’s Playground. Michal’s book ‘The Tree of Stars’ mirrors her diplomatic family’s journey of raising bicultural and third culture kids.
Yiddish Club with Jack Halpern: Meetings have started monthly in-person at the JCJ. Please contact Jack at jack@cjki.org if you are interested to join. All levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced. Much more than just language, the club enjoys exploring Yiddish culture as well.
